How to use

Basic Preparation

Clean and Dry: Ensure the skin around the stoma is clean and completely dry before use to avoid any oil or moisture that may affect adhesion. Cut to Match: Cut the barrier strip to the diameter of the base plate's aperture, ensuring it's long enough to cover the recessed area and slightly wider than the gap (typically 1-2 mm wider).

Fitting operation

Wet Contouring: Place the barrier strips around the edge of the cutout or into the skin indentation. Use your fingers to wet the water and press and smooth them, ensuring a tight fit with the skin/base. Multi-layer Filling: Deep indentations can be filled with barrier strips in layers, pressing each layer flat and then adding more until flush with the skin.

Combination fixed

Immediately attach the pouch base after fitting, pressing from the center outward to release air and ensure there are no wrinkles. If using a belt-style pouch, adjust the belt's tightness to avoid compression and deformation of the barrier strip.
