Surgical site infection (SSI) is a serious challenge faced by medical institutions around the world. Data show that the incidence of SSI in hospitals in low- and middle-income countries is as high as 11.8%. Even in high-income countries, the incidence is still 1.2%-5.2%, making it the second most common healthcare-associated infection (HAI) [1,2]. SSI not only significantly prolongs patients' hospital stay by 7-11 days [5], but also seriously affects their physical and mental health. How to effectively construct a sterile barrier for surgical incisions has become a clinical focus. Medical surgical incise dressings reduce the risk of SSI by creating a sterile surface in the surgical area, physically isolating skin microbial flora, and inhibiting bacterial reproduction and migration.
